Every new account gets 50 free declarations to start. No credit card required. Free trial declarations include the full feature set of whichever plan you select. After your 50 free declarations are used, you'll need to enter a payment method to continue. There's no time limit on the free trial — it's declaration-count based, not day-count based.

Yes. REST API access is included in all plans including the free trial. Webhook delivery is available on Growth and Scale plans. API rate limits: Starter 10 requests/minute, Growth 60 requests/minute, Scale 300 requests/minute. Higher rate limits are available on Scale — contact us.

A declaration is counted per unique entry number, not per document uploaded. A single customs entry that requires a Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List counts as one declaration — not three. If a document is reprocessed because the source document was updated, that reprocessing does not count as an additional declaration.
